Ingredients

Amounts are for 4 household servings. Sodium model: 1/2 tsp table salt per serving (not added as an ingredient line).

  • 1 1/3 lb lean ground beef
  • 5 1/3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 1/3 small onion, diced
  • 2 2/3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 2/3 tbsp coconut aminos or low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 1/3 tbsp avocado oil
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • ground ginger, to taste

Grab first: Bagged broccoli florets, lean ground beef, coconut aminos preferred for house GF path

Directions

  1. Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Brown ground beef with onion, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat if needed.
  3. Add garlic and ginger; cook 30 seconds.
  4. Stir in broccoli and coconut aminos. Cover and cook 5–7 minutes until broccoli is crisp-tender.
  5. Taste, adjust seasoning, and serve.
