Ingredients

Amounts are for 4 household servings. Sodium model: 1/2 tsp table salt per serving (not added as an ingredient line).

  • 1 1/3 lb ground turkey
  • 2 2/3 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 1/3 onion, sliced
  • 2 2/3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/3 tbsp avocado oil
  • chili powder, to taste
  • cumin, to taste
  • salt and black pepper, to taste

Grab first: Pre-sliced pepper/onion fajita mix, ground turkey

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high.
  2. Brown turkey with salt, pepper, chili powder, and cumin; push aside.
  3. Add peppers and onion; cook until softened, about 5–7 minutes. Add garlic 30 seconds.
  4. Combine and serve (no rice or tortillas).
